Fix: | Go to Help, About Primavera The Service Pack that is installed will show as SPx – where x is the Service Pack version. In the example below the Service Pack installed is version 2 on Primavera version 5.0 Image may be NSFW. |
Fix: | To find out which version pack has been applied to the database from with in the Project Management client application, go to Help, About Primavera, System tab. Scroll down the windows to the “Components” section. The line that starts with ORI/DB: PMDB will indicate what the database version is. Image may be NSFW. |
